How long is the contract?
You’ll probably be glad to hear that we don’t tie you into any long contracts. You’re welcome to cancel anytime. If you want to keep your site running, I can guide you on how to move it across to another provider.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and some bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
What if I’m not happy with my site?
After the initial build, we allow up to 5 total revisions to make sure you’re happy with your site. Depending on how much work it needs, it could be a little more.
Where is the company based?
Despite being a UK company, the owner (Ed) often travels around the world so the company isn’t technically based anywhere however, we do have employees working across different timezones so you can usually get hold of us when you need us.
What kind of site can you build me?
We prefer to use WordPress for Speed & Efficiency.
Can you take care of all the branding and images for me?
Yes, if you don’t have anything prepared (so far) we can take care of this for you however, it’s a good idea to have brand assets ready before we build your site to make the process smoother.
